Just Another Random Wild Thoughts.

Salam,

I was just about to go to sleep when a thought came.

Yes, today, it may be the current best practice to have children and raise wonderful kids who can contribute to the community, spread the dakwah, defend Islam, becoming a parent's jewel and so on and so forth, insyaAllah (who knows, hopefully, wallahu'alam).

But by looking from another point of view (as the topic suggest), having children today means we are going to let them live in this cruel, ending days of the world (dunia akhir zaman). We are going to let them live in a world full of deceptions, where maksiah and sins seems inseparable from a human being every single minutes of each day. We are going to let them carry out this heavy duty of being a khalifah. To face Fitna-e-Dajjal. To live in a daily-man-made-system which place our Iman (faith)  at risk, ie, risking his akhirah (hereafter). To go fight an all out war with Satan & Nafs (desires). To worry about the cost of living, natural disasters, his families, our dying ummah... to worry about... himself... his akhirah...

Do we really want our children to face all these...?

"It's so hard to explain, what I'm feeling. But I guess it's ok, I'll keep believing. There's something deep inside, something that's calling. It's calling you and I. It's taking us up high... :')"

(maybe this came because... I am more worried about myself instead...)
