post.

Hey you,

Guess what I ate tonight? Yes! bravo! another soto! and yes! it's newly cooked! For three days! THREE DAYS we cooked the same dish, Soto! First, Bubur Soto, the next day, Mee Soto, and today, Lontong soto! I wonder what type of soto we're going to cook tomorrow. It's a soto week! Hooray!

Cooking together was fun. Eating together was even better. Later back home, I don't think I'll be able to enjoy this much. Unless if I can get friends to come, like they always do in the past. We'll have all the meetings at my house, Yew Tee. That's when I can enjoy cooking and serve others. ;)

Anyway, I love today. I think I've never ever love reading the Quran before as much as I did today. Enjoyed it, really. Complimented. Hee. Alhamdulillah, Haza min fadli rabbi. All praises are for Him and Him alone. Though, I was a bit envy like a green-eyed monster when I see others further their memorizations and Qiraats. Missed that opportunity here. :( Hopefully there will be another in the near future. Regret it? Yes a bit, but I am still grateful for the chance given to lead while others don't. Alhamdulillah. :)

I've been feeling weird lately. Got hungry easily. Felt dizzy and weak when I eat late. No, not normal for me. Hopefully nothing bad is going on.

What else.. what else.. let me see.. oh! I have 300GB or more worth of Islamic materials which includes PDF ebooks, writings, articles, videos, documentaries, talks, recordings, etc, that I've been collecting since my first year here. Still under process of organizing those files. Anyone interested can ask me ok? I'd be glad to share. Hmm, I'm trying to stuff all these to the newcomers here with the hope that it'll be shared around. If that happens, maybe one day everyone will divert their free time to an Islamic entertainment instead, with spiritual talks and much more deeper understanding of Islam. It's all there!

This will be my last winter here. Can I not go home and bring mommy and nanny here instead? I don't want to go back. I miss nothing in Singapore except these two precious family member, and its food, of course. Ahah. But I can cook myself here, so no worries. But hey, big responsibilities awaits. Okay~ Ye, I'll be home soon, soon insyaAllah.

It's been a year and two months. I wonder how's the current Singapore is like. Circle Line. Universal Studios. Bedok Point. New construction here and there. Higher standard cost of living. Slashing gangs. etc etc etc. So much to worry. =S Robbuna Yusahhil insyaAllah.

I'd better stop here.
Wallahu'alam.
