Went to the maarad again with 2 of my friends. Bought 14 books, almost tripled yesterday. Got myself almost half collection of Fethullah Gulen's english translated books from a Turkey bookstore booth. The salesperson, an uncle, was extremely nice, spoke in fusha arabic (unlike others, usually using egyptian colloquial) and tried his very best to assist us. Really made my day today... :)
He even gave me this book for free! 'As a 'hadiah' from me' he said. How cool is that? Luckily I didnt buy one earlier. But my friend did.. eheh. Alhamdullillah, rezki. Gulen's biography.

The Cairo Maps original price was 45 pounds at AUC bookstore and was sold at discounted price of 20 pounds during last year's maarad. I was tempted to buy one back then, but luckily I didnt! Today it is selling at only 5 pounds! Hee. Rezki. Alhamdulillah.

If only I have more money to spend, I'd buy more. Much much more. Thought of going there again tomorrow. But I hv a meeting at noon! alaaah. Need more arabic books~!
